50 ml uzo

100 gr djathë
Fillimisht lajmë dhe thajmë karkalecat dhe i kalojmë në tigan për 3 minuta. Ndërkohë kaurdisim qepën, domatet të prera në kubikë bashkë me hudhrën dhe majdanozin e grirë imët. E shuajmë me uzo dhe e lemë për 2 minuta në zjarr. Salcën e përgatitur e vendosim në një tavë, shtojmë karkalecat dhe mbulojmë të gjithë sipërfaqen me djathë të thërrmuar. E vendosim tavën në furrë për 10-15 minuta në temperaturën 200 gradë Celsius. Para se ta servirim e pudrosim me pak majdanoz.
